About Clay Royse

My background as a locksmith, mechanic, technician, service manager, and field/warehouse operations lead, in bike shops and scooter warehouses of all sizes, has given me an empathetic leadership style, an analytical bent, and great taste in music.In addition to nearly every discipline of cycling, my hobbies include the building, customization, hot-rodding, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of audio visual equipment, automobiles, desktop computers, furniture, mechanical keyboards, motorcycles, sewing machines, and just about every other gadget, geegaw, or trinket that crosses my path. I dabble in analog and digital photography. My biggest current project is converting a 2005 Ford Ranger into a diesel-powered sleeper autocross and track weapon.
