Clay Sigg is the co-owner and designated broker of Diez & Sigg Properties.Clay is a past president of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® (SAR), Sacramento’s “REALTOR® of the Year” and has been honored with the SAR 'Lifetime Service Award.' He is a published real estate author and instructed for SAR’s Real Estate Training Series (RETI) for ten years. Clay is a life member and past president of the SAR Masters Club.He was an elected member of the SAR Board of Directors for 13 years while chairing dozens of formal disciplinary and arbitration tribunals. Clay continues to perform as an expert witness and consultant in real estate standard of practice litigation and has earned three national designations- CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager®), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist®) and e-PRO®.Clay has been a California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) State Director since 1986 and has been awarded the designation of 'CAR Director for Life.' His work at CAR has included past membership on the Executive Committee as well as stints as Chairman of the Transaction & Regulatory Committee, Federal Committee, Legal Action Fund Trustees, Professional Standards Committee, Legal Affairs Forum, and CAR Region 3. A CAR Interboard Arbitrator, Clay also has been a National Association of REALTORS® Director while acting as the Federal District 4 Political Coordinator for Congressman Tom McClilntock for many years.
