Landman and Right of Way Agent working on multiple projects in South Texas.

In house Right of Way Agent. Worked on multiple projects ranging from new construction and reactivation of an idle line to integrity digs.

Brought to Affiniscape temporarily to provide stability in the Creative Services department. Scheduled all graphics design work from complete site makeovers to small button requests. Coordinated all client communication including sales calls and initial consultations, project updates and requests for additional information, support board issues, and training requests.

Responsible for survey permission, coordination, and routing issues, acquisition of right of way, additional damage settlements, and office duties including tracking of per tract expenditures. Negotiated easements for $80,000,000 project where all land activities came in on time and under budget. Coordinated with officials including city and county management of over a dozen different communities to discuss pipeline ordinances and any permitting required and impact of operations to the community. Worked with appraisal districts to identify landowners and conducted title research.

Responsible for the management and coordination of all day-to-day business functions. Managed the cattle operations including reproduction and health requirements as well as pasture rotation. Responsible for the pasture needs including fertilization, maintenance, rotation, and reseeding. Supervised the maintenance of all fixed assets including fences, equipment, pens, and out buildings.

Goar Farm, Inc was a privately owned farm and ranch in New Mexico with over 2,000 acres of irrigated, dry land, and pasture. Managed 2200 acre irrigated farm producing corn, milo, wheat, and cattle. Responsible for all financial activities including developing cash flow projections, maintaining all banking relationships & requirements of a $200,000 a year gross business. Managed all of the production aspects including planting, fertilizing, irrigation, pest control, and harvest.
