I moved into this role after my Admin position, as I realized I truly enjoy educating people. As I am currently in college and studying for a double major in Software App development and AI development, I work part time hours. I mostly work through the Online part of our course, teaching the Zoom classes and providing the state curriculum for new Teen Drivers.

This work position revolved around delivering customer service through phone calls and emails to our clients. Regular tasks included filing, scheduling appointments, and emailing course requirements for outstanding students. I also helped regularly check business metrics such as annual student enrollment, pass/fail rates, and how well new products were performing. I left this role to become a driving Instructor with the same company

This position was quite enjoyable, as I like to help people solve problems. I ultimately left this role as my entrance interview stated it would be 40 hours a week, and this translated to an expected 60-70 hours per week. I also learned of a knee mutation that required surgery and had to leave this position.
