My role as Sr. Director of Business Development is to establish and develop relationships with telecom MSO's to offer Vericom's line of products through our nationwide channel of distributors. This includes account management, product development and building a nationwide network of distributors.

Recruited to develop and launch the Comcast Connection Center Store in Store retail channel. Directed and Supervised 7 Senior Managers, 25 Market Managers and responsbility for a $48 million budget offering Comcast's 4 core products; Video, Internet, Voice and Home Automation and Control. This sales channel has become the company’s highest per rep producing organization, while reducing overall cost of acquisition by 70% – 169 locations since inception.

Direct and manage a direct retail sales force as well as a channel of indirect agents through a team of Regional Managers and Indirect Account Managers. Currently working to develop and launch the greater Philadelphia area.

Through the management of my team, we were responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training and developing a network of Indirect Agents who offered and sold T-Mobile wireless products and services.

Managed a team of Account Managers that drove sales efforts through a national network of Master Agents. Responsible for subscriber growth, churn reduction and commissions for our Master Agent Network.

Managed a team of Indirect Account Managers and Account Executives who were responsible for subscriber growth, churn management and agent commissions through over 250 National Indirect and National Retail locations. Responsibilities also included managing key relationships to drive desired sales results of these highly visible National Accounts.
