Support users across multiple unclassified and classified environments, often in a high operating tempo.• Operate, support and perform basic troubleshooting for Audio-Visual (AV) and Video teleconference (VTC) components to support conferences or exercises within the facility. Ex. AMX, EXTRON transmitters, receivers and codecs as well as basic Lens shift and Keystone troubleshooting with Christie Projectors.• Perform quality assurance checks on room layouts in accordance with conference floor plans.• Monitor system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications. Report outages in accordance with operating procedures.• Coordinate and perform basic functionality tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems or applications.• Monitor and test basic system user functionality and performance; prepare and deliver system performance status to senior system engineers for resolution, trace and patch ethernet cable in cable vault server/switch racks.• Comply with local security and operating procedures.
