• Manages all fiscal aspects of grants; makes budget and cost projections, establishes cost controls, prepares budgets and related appropriation and/or transfer documents.• Monitors multiple budgets for progress and spending patterns to assure achievement of budget goals and objectives.• Monitors financial performance and compliance of subcontractors.• Prepares financial and budgetary reports, statements and other statistical and operational reports as requested or required by grantors, auditors or administrative personnel.• Assures compliance with applicable state and federal laws and administrative requirements.• Advises and consults with Grants Manager, Fiscal Officer and other administrative personnel on fiscal problems, technical accounting procedures and/or interpretation and application of policies and relevant statutory requirements.• Attends assigned project related meetings. • Transaction monitoring of accounts to assess potential suspicious activity on the account, such as money laundering and structuring.• Effectively utilize multiple bank programs to evaluate account activity and complete SAR filings when such a determination is reached. • Meet and exceed the production and quality goals as per the client SLA. • Provide assistance to other analysts and complete additional work in order to help meet team needs and deadlines.• Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as adhering to company policies and procedures and client requirements.

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial claims for reimbursement adhering to budget requirements from state and/or federal grant programs.• Responsible for reimbursement claim submissions for grant programs totaling over $4 million in 2016-2017.• Communicate with other County departments to ensure that the information to be reported on claims is accurate, thorough, and received within a timely manner.• Report on revenue and expenditure activity using IFMS and maintain grant program backup documentation and information in Grant Management System.• Provide GMS training and support as needed.• Conduct research on and provide solutions to specific budget and claiming issues. • Respond to federal and state funding agency claim inquiries and research missing claim payments.• Assist in the preparation and inter-departmental distribution of MiLoR, Fleet and other chargebacks.

• Proficient with the company's core operational new accounts platform - STARS - along with other key technology programs, including Pershing's NetX360 and Albridge.• Well versed in all phases of the new accounts process, including inputting new account forms, reviewing for accuracy, and opening brokerage and advisory accounts.• Conduct Homeland Security checks on all new investing clients, along with clearing and discrepancies concerning Homeland.

• Promptly and accurately process invoices for customer orders• Place orders with suppliers to be drop shipped to customers or for inventory• Maintain accurate record of Accounts Receivable balances• Regularly monitor Accounts Payable balances to ensure timely payment to suppliers• Perform sales calls and conduct meetings with customers, as well as prepare product promotions to be sent out• Handle all interactions involving the company’s website and all other internet-based activities for the business• Conduct nearly all bank activity, including deposits, writing out checks, and perform bank reconciliations to monitor cash flow and confirm book balance• Hold meetings with company owner to track the progress of the business and determine new goals to continue to grow revenue
