(SBC’s 20 year preferred provider relationship with WilTel had to be overcome.)~ Worked with SBC Long Distance, SBC Services, SBC Telco and SBC Telecom to augment existing capacity, help serve out-of-region markets, and new builds. ○ Result: Acquired an in depth understanding of customer’s infrastructure, personnel, and business practices which resulted in closing sales in each area this year and reducing SBC’s NetEx by 15%. -
