Directed the maintenance program for a Stryker Infantry Battalion consisting of 730 soldiers and 67 Stryker vehicles, while serving as the principal advisor to the Battalion Commander; tracked progress and accountability of the Equipment Status Report, delivery and installation of repair parts, and conducted in-depth analysis to identify and establish maintenance priorities.• Refined the maintenance standard operating procedures to increase mechanics’ efficiency in completing assignments, resulting in a 30% improvement in operational readiness to >90% (5% above Army objective).• Integrated logistics system improvements to align critical supplier deliveries with precise Army maintenance facilities throughout the United States, with 100% accountability for all major repair parts.• Established professional development classes on recurrent maintenance issues for leaders across the organization.• Led a multi-functional team through deliberate reorganization of a 10,000sqft. repair part warehouse and inventory storage; established a repair part kitting process to streamline parts delivery and issuance.
