With more than 10 years of experience in software engineering, I have a passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of users and stakeholders.Some of my notable achievements include building the foundation of the next-gen React component library, single-handedly delivering the front-end for an app that was used by over 15 million restaurant employees in the early stages of the pandemic, and uncovering and fixing a blocking issue in Uber’s component library. I also spearheaded a new developer-design handoff that dramatically cut the time to release features, and created a testing framework that enabled the previously impractical refactor of an essential component, cutting its load time from 11 seconds to 250ms.My core competencies include React, GraphQL, Electron.js, HTML5, and cross-functional coordination. I also have experience in leading front-end engineering efforts on four core products at Unizin, where I drove the transition from REST APIs to GraphQL and built a framework for integrating GraphQL with React.
