Responsibilities:- Abrasive solution development for new material processing in electronic device market, such as the grinding, finishing & polishing solution for glass, ceramic, plastic, or hard metal housing, cover and frames;- Automatic abrasive solution development and technical support for customers, like robotic process, CNC maching or CNC polishing process, etc;- Technical support on territory metalworking abrasive market, especially for precision casting market, kitchenware market, auto industry market, medical implants market, platsic injection machine industrial market, hardware market, etc.

Responsibilities:- New generation of polishing powder synthesis and its powder formulation development to achieve high-performance application;- Additive screening and formulation development for waterborne polishing slurry, and investigate its application in optical filter manufactures;- Plant support for new product scale-up activities;- Be a key researcher in 3 projects;
