SAIC was hired to migrate portal applications and related data by Pfizer as part of it acquisition of Pharmacia in early 2003. I was brought into the project as a lead developer and architect of the process to migrate Pharmacia’s GIN Community Portal to Pfizer’s IM Global Infosource Portal based on Plumtree 4.5.3.

Pfizer Inc. is the world's largest pharmaceutical company. While working for Pfizer's Global Information Factory Project I was responsible for designing the group's intranet web application using WebLogic 6.1 and STRUTS. The application allowed the team to publish directly to the website using OpenText's LiveLink application. These capabilities were supplemented by web services to Verity search components using SOAP. Finally all application components were then integrated into a personalization framework via Plumtree portal 4.5.3 JAVA API.

SeeChange Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of APL Logistics is responsible for handling supply chain logistics for over 15 different billion dollar companies including Nike, Eddie Bauer, Esprit, LL Bean. As web applications architect I was responsible for all development aspects of NetTracXL's, APL’s web based customer logistics query engine. Data loads daily loaded over 1 million records into an Oracle 8i data store using EDI to XML messaging, these records where then made searchable by APL's customers using the web based query engine application. During my work at APL I was responsible for all application architecture and core design development and white box quality assurance for web-enabling NetTracXL as an ASP using J2EE and WebLogic 5.1.

UBUBU was a creative technology company with the mission of helping companies increase ROI by delivering entertainment and customer communications. I was responsible for all technology resources building UBUBU's 3D client and server approach from the ground up. I was responsible for building and managing all aspects of the development team at UBUBU, hiring over 8 developers and responsible for two development teams with 14 employees. Made all technical presentations at board meetings and investor promotions. Development milestones secured $5M tier 2 funding with Accel Partners.

As director of development for the Enterprise Visual Computing Group and lead architect I was responsible for helping Platinum Technology integrate 3D technology into its line of network and administration software products.

Intervista Software was the leading developer of VRML runtime software. Intervista was the thought leader in Windows based 3d development for the web. Intervista was acquired by PLATINUM in 1998

By 1996 Silicon Graphics was the worlds largest visual and scientific computing hardware company in the world, creating 80% of all UNIX based visual computing workstations sold on the market. As part of the desktop visual computing group it was my responsibility to evangelize online visual computing using VRML to application developers. This included creating exciting and visually appealing demos as well as consulting to external and internal development projects.
