LUNCH is focused on community, seasonality, and sourcing local ingredients. I work with a team of 10 staff members to provide excellent customer service while helping prep and cook meals.I balanced full-time academic studies in addition to an 8 hour per week work commitment.

In this role, I developed a passion for clean eating and environmentalism through its eco-conscious atmosphere. • Every step of the food supply chain is primarily locally sourced or compostable. That means what whatever we do not get from local farmers, we make in house. • I have extensive experience in making nut butters, nut milks, and raw granola bars, in addition to the traditional Açaí bowls and smoothies we offer.

I was employed in this position for three three years, working June-July in 2021, 2022, and 2023.• In this job, I served in many roles, ranging from summer class instructor to private lesson lead to guided sail tours. I am intimately familiar with the operations of a sailing center, having worked in every position, increasing my adaptability as issues arise. • My class sizes consisted of 1-15 students, and I tailored my instruction to all levels of sailing skill. I was an authority figure to students 7-70 years old. • As an instructor, I was responsible for not only the education of my students, but also their safety. I maintained contact with other boats on the water as well as land assist to ensure the safety of my students. • This job was also personally fulfilling as I was able to share my love of the sport with others, combining a lifelong passion with growing interpersonal communication skills and situational awareness.
