Delivered Marketing Analytics Customer Data Integration (CDI) with Enterprise Customer Master to provide Marketing Segmentation and Multi-Channel Campaign Management in Siebel CRM.Technologies supported include: DataStage, QualityStage, Siperian (Customer Master), Trillium, DataFlux, Oracle OBIEE & PIM (Product Information Manager).

Established consolidated Business Intelligence department transforming Sara Lee’s regional/divisional BI/ Information Management systems into an overall corporate program. Developed and delivered a comprehensive multi-phase Business Intelligence Strategy and Roadmap to support Sara Lee’s business consolidation and transformation program. This $12M program was executed on time and budget, establishing a consolidated, standardized Information platform.In 2009, successfully managed 11 month project to completely outsource BI department (51 positions) to IBM offshore services saving ~$2M annually.Technologies supported include: Oracle OBIEE, Siebel Analytics, Business Objects, DataStage, Informatica, SAP-BW, and Hyperion System 9.

Directed IT organization supporting Business Intelligence, Trade Planning/Management, Sales Force Support and Consumer Complaint Tracking Applications.

Led IT group of 22 resources supporting Sara Lee Business Intelligence, Consumer Complaint and Trade Planning/Management. Applications included: Hyperion Essbase & Planning, DataStage, ShowCase, Siebel, and Astute.

Managed initial implementation of the first enterprise data warehouse and business reporting system for Sara Lee Foods (Jimmy Dean, Bryan Foods, Sara Lee Deli Meats, Hillshire Farms, etc). Led subsequent efforts to grow subject areas and promote business usage of the platform. Included: Hyperion Essbase for AS/400, DB2/400 Data Warehouse, and DataStage applications.

Managed AS400 based data warehouse operations and development supporting sales, trade marketing, finance, customer/product profitability, and manufacturing areas. Applications were based on ShowCase Query and Report Writer, Hyperion Essbase for AS/400 and DB2/400 Data Warehouse.

Core Team Lead on $7.3 million ERP Implementation Program. Directly responsible for $1.9 million Enterprise Data Warehouse sub-project. Also accountable for overall program change management facilitation and project financial tracking/reporting.

Produced divisional financial analysis and statements, customer/product profitability, managed budgeting/forecasting processes. Integrated data collection and automated these processes using Microsoft database technologies.
