I am a team leader who has been with Frenzy, inc. for 11 years and have 9 years experience leading Frenzy, inc. as a key player. As general manager I wear many hats beyond managing my team that include acting as lead customer service representative of major accounts, sales manager, graphic designer, and process developer. I love solving problems and have developed a cloud based scheduling system that tracks flow of orders, day to day production capacity as well as job completion. My creative problem solving ability enabled me to develop this at no cost to the company using free cloud based software that every employee can have access to in the shop.I’m currently working to form a continuous improvement culture within the company as well as better streamlining our manufacturing process. So far through implementation of some of these concepts I've lead the production team to achieve current volume 30%-40% faster than before using the same workspace, materials, and personnel. This will allow for more volume to fill the production schedule and in turn directly grow the business. Not only has the capacity increased, but we’ve been able to slow down our production pace by as much as 50% on some jobs which retains higher print quality and less mistakes. We’re working smarter, not harder and we’re accomplishing more!Looking forward I'm interested in continuing to grow my current organization into a culture that embraces continuous improvement by finding new ways to streamline and modify our production process. This will ensure a solid future of continuous growth for the business.
