As the Project Manager for the company, my role included providing executive-level leadership to a team of approximately 20 employees and $2M in assets consisting of multiple ongoing projects in the food and beverage, retail, and financial industries. I directed all project budgets and timelines ensuring they are on track and communicate with client on a daily basis regarding construction progress. Managed sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials are on site and available. Monitored daily reports, submitted request for proposals and oversaw pre-construction walk through to verify site conditions and identify potential problems with the anticipated projected. Worked closely with city officials to obtain required permits and ensured required paperwork was filed and available prior to beginning construction. Oversaw cost overruns, negotiated change orders and monitored the profitability of each project⇨Successful in handling projects in a variety of industries including, financial institutions, food and beverage and retail locations. ⇨Tasked with identifying sub-contractors that had the necessary skill set to complete the project under budget and on an earlier timeline. Resulted in securing additional projects from the client located across the country.

As the Division President for Factory Builders Stores, my role included managing a team of 22 team members consisting of sales representatives and support staff, as well as the financial responsible for a $10M budget, P&L accountability, negotiating business contracts, and managing $1.5M in inventory assets. I was responsible for monitoring product management ensuring that product life-cycle strategies met the requirements of the program. Directed inside customer service activities throughout the market. I worked closely with regional marketing and senior leader to develop multi-year programs that projected future revenue growth.
