At Flight, I serve as a bridge between the agency’s left and right brains, weaving the critical thinking of a strategist with the imaginative mindset of a creative. I connect the client's business strategy to the agency’s creative execution, ensuring our creative product delivers on client business objectives. An active participant in the creative process, I also serve as a partner and consultant to the strategy team during crucial phases of planning and execution.

Assigned to lead the professional development of VI’s Associate Creative Directors. Acted as trusted counsel to clients and top creative management. Brainstormed, wrote or edited every piece of creative in the agency.

Acted as an inclusive leader and team builder across the organization. Represented the creative department in client strategy sessions. Pitched new business. Delivered compelling creative presentations to VI’s most valuable clients.

Supervised writing staff across all mediums: print, broadcast, social, digital, web, interactive, etc. Recognized opportunity to increase company profits through in-house radio production. Took the initiative to build VI’s first in-house studio capabilities. Negotiated music licensing contracts with national vendors. Acted as lead audio engineer, delivering fully produced radio and TV audio.

Concepting, collaborating, writing, casting, direction and production for every imaginable genre of media, including: TV, radio, web, mobile, social, print, outdoor, point-of-sale, brochures, sales kits, direct mail, full-length publications... you name it.
