Negotiated Forbearance Agreement with primary lenders to allow for restructuring of business plan.• Restructured and upgraded the management team and company skill base; built a cohesive team. • Installed financial and management reporting systems and implemented ERP system improvements.• Redirected sales focus to margins, not moving volume.
