One of the Kinsale segment leaders, I had been invited by the President of Kinsale to join in 2009 as part of a start-up insurance venture. Launched Kinsale’s Errors & Omissions Division handling E&O for lawyers, architects & engineers, insurance agents, real estate agents, and many other professionals. Conceptualized and launched various products and divisions including Kinsale’s Public Entity and Management Liability Divisions. These divisions have generated over $140 million written premium for Kinsale with millions in profit each year.In 2019, tasked with turning around Kinsale’s Commercial Property segment that had been generating sub-par premium and millions in losses. Implemented many positive changes, resulting in a profitable loss ratio, improved quote ratio, improved overall service, and more written premium than the previous four years combined.

One of the founding members of Argo Pro, a company focused on Allied Medical, Errors & Omissions, and other Professional and Financial Liability products. Built and managed these lines of business with direct and indirect reports until the time of my departure, generating over $130 million in written premium with excellent loss ratios. Before helping to launch Argo Pro, steady career progression with a focus on underwriting and management of various lines including General Liability (contractors, products, general casualty, etc.), Allied Healthcare/Social Services, and other Professional Liability lines (E&O for lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, etc.). Launched the Professional Liability Division in 1999 that eventually became part of Argo Pro.Previously handled General Liability underwriting of Product Liability, Construction Liability, Excess Liability, and also participated in Binding Authority audits and "submit" underwriting.
