Using the practices of Conscious Leadership, Clay challenges his clients to "wake up" to the unconscious patterns keeping them from achieving what they want in their businesses and in their lives.Prior to 15sixty, Clay spent five years building a coaching practice for Salesforce. During his tenure there, he supported over 150 teams and leaders across the globe to recognize these same success-limiting patterns and do their best work.Clay holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.His coaching credentials include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organization and Relationship Coaching Certification (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global), and 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certification through The Conscious Leadership Group.Clay lives with his wife Kristen, daughter Sadie, and black lab George in Glen Ellyn Il.
