• Ensured accurate timekeeping and synchronization in the production of precision instruments across a 60,000 square foot facility by troubleshooting and repairing atomic clocks.• Identified and resolved technical issues using data extraction from atomic clock software package related to clock telemetry, including network connectivity and signal noise, and reported to a team of engineer and manufacturing personnel. • Interacted with online electronic database to procure historical test data and electrical schematics to analyze trending data results or process deviations.• Worked alongside Process Engineering team to improve ergonomics, workflow and fabricate new process manuals for in-house technicians.

- Monitoring equipment operations including sterilization and proper functions for blood gas, glucose, and coagulation instruments.- Evaluate consistency of ampule and bottle production runs by checking fill volume, blood gas, electrolyte, coagulation, and analyte values during the run – carry out necessary troubleshooting methods. - Analyze ampules and bottles randomly selected from a run to document uniformity of process and possible bacterial contamination.- Perform shelf-life studies for amped and bottled QC materials. Requires data analysis from ampules stored at different temperatures and conditions.

- Led the development of an informational dashboard about Covid-19 accessible to Endicott Students through Google Sites. - Created the BMES recruitment website and recruitment forms using WordPress.- Coded a physics-based web-game founded on Archimedes Principle.- Hosted a series of live webinars, including a celebration of the National Engineering Week featuring speakers from local companies including Foth Engineering, Nth Cycle and Tighe & Bond.
