Key Accountabilities- Management of WAFC Talent pathway programs - WAFL Development Squads to WAFL Colts Program- Develop and Manage financial budgets to provide appropriate resource allocation and support to enhance the profile of talented players within the South Fremantle zone.- Foster, develop and enhance strong working relationships with WA State Academy, National Academy and AFL to ensure the development of players, coaches and support meets national standards.- Develop, manage and maintain strategic plans to achieve related Talent ID and educational outcomes.- Management and the implementation of Talent ID framework across Metro, Regional and School Football Scouting networks - Management of Training and Match day operations across all Talent program formats- Provide and Manage IT Support & Talent ID Video Analysis

Key Accountabilities - Successfully managed, coordinated and delivered operational program outcomes of the WAFL Talent Pathway Program. - Developed, implemented and managed the North-West Talent Academy program within the Kimberley and Pilbara Regions.- Oversaw the coordination, planning and delivery of program development and football operations of the National, WA State 16’s & WA State 18’s talent academies.- Fostered, developed and enhanced strong working relationships with with the AFL to ensure that the WA State Academy met all appropriate standards and were aligned with National program outcomes- Successfully developed, implemented and delivered State Academy player integrity educational program in accordance with the National Curriculum.- Implemented Leadership and Management model to support key volunteers within National & State Academy structure.History & Memorabilia:Key Accountabilities - Managed the WA Football Memorabilia working group- Developed, managed and established proposals to the WAFC on preserving and purchasing historic & valuable items of WA Football history and memorabilia- Oversaw the storage, production and showcasing of WA football’s history and memorabilia

Key Accountabilities - Develop and manage initiatives and strategies to maximise the promotion of Australian Rules Football in Western Australian schools. - Collaborate with the Australian Football League to oversee well-run school based competitions that link positively with community football. - Develop and Manage financial budgets to provide appropriate resource allocation and competition support to enhance the profile of Football within the education system.- Foster, develop and enhance strong working relationships with Government, Non Government and School Sport WA to ensure administration and development of competitions are efficient, effective and appropriate.- Provide access to approved umpiring and coaching education resources for primary, secondary teachers and tertiary education students.- Develop, manage and maintain strategic plans to achieve related game development and educational outcomes.
