I used an ink wash chemical to clean ink off of used screens and then washed chemicals and emulsionoff with high and low pressure water. Prepped screen for reuse. Got promoted to screen coating where I used an automatic coating machine to coat printing screens with a layer of emulsion. After dried I burned images onto the screens for shirt orders using an Exposing unit.I also counted inventory for the screen prep area.

Making sure everything’s functioning properly at all times. Juggling register and kitchen dutiesthroughout shift and making morning prep. Keeping the store clean and following all guidelines.

Made new plates for print jobs and revised old plates for repeated jobs. Maintained plate creationequipment throughout day and kept up with busy schedule. Would walk through the plant to find jobnumbers in a complex library and bring them back to the making room. Daily cleaning of machines dueto multiple operators.
