Designing an artist residency program for a new transnational organization, including an instagram virtual residency during 2020. Funding strategies, planning, writing, and board development.

LTSC received a $3million grant from Art Place America, and as one of its place-making initiatives has launched a multi-year artist + LAB Artist Residency Program that will take place in their Little Tokyo community. Convening a consortium of local organizations and out of state and local multi disciplinary artists, a unique model of partnerships and collaborations will take place in March of 2018. During this pilot session the artists will be in residence for a three-month period, and develop projects that work with various groups and artists in the Little Tokyo Community.

Consultant and Evaluator for the Mellon Foundation funded project, Collaborative Intersections in the Visual and Performing Arts. Working directly with Kristy Edmunds, Executive and Artistic Director, CAP UCLA, and the artists in the program to discover the opportunities and challenges in the unique cross sector project.

Consultant to the President of Otis College of Art and Design for Special Projects including; research and data collection about status of professional development curriculum which resulted in a number of positive and significant changes at the school; and the design of a new Summer Artist in Residence Program, launched in June, 2017.

I conducted a school wide research project, and collected data on all professional development curriculum, developing a series of recommendations for LCAD about how to enhance their professional development curriculum in the next 5-10 years.

Consulting for a new program the Rasmuson Foundation is launching which sends Alaskan artists on artist residency projects in the lower 48, and brings artists from the lower 48 to be in residence at organizations throughout Alaska.

Re-designed, implemented and evaluated the second and third year of Creative Fusion, the Cleveland Foundation's unique international artist in residence program that placed visiting artists in local organizations to work with community based projects.

Designed and implemented a high level international artist residency award, the Creative Artist Fellowships, given annually by the Rockefeller Bellagio Center to three international artists of exceptional caliber

Wrote an extensive planning document on artist mobility in the middle east and north africa regions for the UNESCO Cultural Office in Doha, Gatar
