As the VP of Operations at MUI-USA, a Houston-based leader in custom molded urethane parts manufacturing, I wear many hats to ensure the seamless functioning of our small manufacturing shop. My responsibilities span across operations, machining, purchasing, prototyping, designing, quoting, drawing, sales, maintenance, production, quality control and maintaining project schedules. I collaborate closely with clients from various industries to design and produce custom urethane products and drawings that meet their specific requirements. My focus is on designing and fabricating innovative products that provide a competitive edge for our clients.In 2015, I launched a CNC machining division, enhancing project accuracy and cost efficiency. My commitment to detail ensures each product meets our high standards and is delivered on time, aiming to exceed client expectations and foster long-term relationships.
