Maintain and improve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change• Maintain staffing levels of 25 intelligence analysts and engineers across four (4) locations throughout the Eastern United States. Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; and enforcing policies and procedures• Maintain financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a monthly budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions. Review, approve and ensure the accuracy of monthly billing from sub contract partners

Serve as the Army Research and Technological Protection Center (ARTPC) liaison to the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) focusing on the coordination of current foreign emerging technology development with current U.S. technology research and development. Conduct cyber incident damage assessments (CIDA) of compromised cyber data within cleared defense contractor computer networks by foreign entities to establish potential courses of action utilizing scientific and technological data, counterintelligence information and all source data and analysis

Conduct research, analysis, and production of intelligence products focusing on the chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological threat from transnational terrorist organizations. Coordinate with tactical, theater and national level organizations to facilitate information sharing and data synchronization

Conduct research, analysis, and production in accordance with the Biometric Intelligence Program priorities and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manages identity intelligence information utilizing Microsoft Excel, Access and SharePoint. Create and modify biometric enrollment files and submit files to appropriate repositories for comparison. Coordinate with tactical, theater and national level biometric organizations to facilitate information sharing and data synchronization.

Provide Multi-Discipline, General Military and All Source Intelligence services in support of customer requirements. Participate in production, indication and warning, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, counter intelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis.

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to identify insurgent and terrorist networks, to identify potential targets for possible lethal and non-lethal action and identify new networks and targets utilizing F3EAD methodology on which to focus analytic efforts. Oversee the preparation of team members for OCONUS deployment, ensuring the contract analyst is technically qualified, completes all pre-deployment paperwork and processing, and has adequately coordinated in advance with the forward deployed analyst that is being replaced and is responsible for the training of team members. Assist the SPA in determining OCONUS rotations, status of analyst training and preparedness for deployment. The PA may function as the operations manager for CITP-A to assist the SPA in controlling branch activities.Serve as the primary point-of-contact for our U.S. government customer. Supports daily operations and contract activities, program administration, customer relationship management and successful contract performance. Provides support to maintain full program/contract staffing levels, including provisions for rotations and leave absences, including the safety of all personnel. Manage and support all contract deliverables (Counter Insurgency Targeting, All-Source Intelligence, and programs concepts and products). Ability to manage a complex program with a diverse employee/contractor base. Ability to quickly assess, prioritize and manage the resolution of problems and issues. Ensures effective coordination of all activities and a timely response to customer requirements.

Produces intelligence assessments for formal production and release to the Intelligence Community (IC) and other consumers. Serve as the Team Lead for the Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) Southeast (SE) team of six personnel. Duties include being the lead target analyst for the region, training and mentoring of all analyst assigned to the SOTF-SE team and evaluation of the analyst performance. Assist Senior Principal and Principal analyst in the development of deployment schedules and conducting written pre and post-deployment assessments of team members. .

Conduct platoon level training for approximately 30 personnel on all aspects of All Source Intelligence Analyst duties and responsibilities to include; targeting analysis and targeting package construction and submission, current threats to the Government of Afghanistan and Coalition Forces currently conducting operations within Afghanistan.Serve as first line supervisor for a team of approximately five to 10 personnel. Duties include providing mentorship and training to junior analysts, performing quarterly performance counseling’s and recommendation for promotion.

Conduct Social Network Analysis of the local national population within Uruzgan Province utilizing the ORA software & Lighthouse collection methods. Produce intelligence products to assist in the expansion of the Government of Afghanistan influence, as well as Coalition Force white space.

Conduct Social Network Analysis of Taliban organization in South East Afghanistan. Supervise Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) operations and training for 150 personnel. Conduct targeting analysis of insurgent organizations in support of 3d BDE 3d ID S2. Monitor detainee operations and procedures. Supervise Trojan Spirit LITE V (3) operations.
