I am a dedicated architectural engineer with a strong foundation in both the technical and leadership aspects of the built environment. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State, I have honed my skills in engineering design, sustainability, and building systems. Currently working as an Engineer Associate at DLB Associates, and I am proud to contribute to innovative projects that blend functionality, sustainability, and creativity.During my time at Penn State, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of effective leadership and communication. As a leader in both the Blue Band and THON, I learned firsthand how collaboration across levels drive success, whether on a large-scale project or within a close-knit team. These experiences have shaped my commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture and empower those around me.I believe that great leadership is the key to success in any industry, and I am constantly looking for ways to improve my own leadership abilities while helping others thrive.
