My job consisted of conducting and evaluating peer survey results. I am often the first interactive impression of the company. In client services we collaborate with other departments to schedule appointments for video surveys, relay important moving information, and input/organize survey data into programs, such as Excel. My job includes training new hires, devising new implementations for the company’s application, and improve current department procedures.Currently, at ACE Relocation, I have had the ability to better my communication skills with clients and offer more engaging interactions. I bring a positive attitude to the workplace, frequently ask questions, and show a willingness to learn.

At Ace Relocation Systems I am the first line of our Video Survey team. I connect with the customer via video and provide friendly customer service as needed. In my role I mainly count inventory for the customer. Taking into account the items that will be shipped and not shipped to their new destination. This focuses mostly on NAC (National Account Customers) and their employees.The use of Excel and adept technology skills are used on a day-to-day basis.
