I am a Professional Engineer and work as a Project Manager with Emil Anderson Construction. Currently, I am working on the Highway 1 - Four Lane Widening in Tappen, BC. This project includes the widening of over 4km of highway to a 4-lane standard, constructing over 7km of frontage roads, and building 3 structures over creeks or CP tracks.My past projects include the Highway 5 flood repairs and improvements as a Civil Superintendent overseeing piling works, mass excavation, rip rap install, and road grading and paving. I worked on the General Partnership with EAC, Parsons, and Aecon, known as Kicking Horse Canyon Constructors (KHCC GP). My role was a Structures Coordinator on the Kicking Horse Canyon - Phase 4 Project that included the development of 4.8km of highway into a divided 4-lane highway with improved avalanche and rockfall protection, fencing and passage for wildlife and wider shoulders to accomodate cyclists. I have also worked on the Kelowna Integrated Water - Phase 1 project in Kelowna, BC, and the Westpoint Transmission Water Main Project in Kelowna, BC. These two projects spanned 3 years of construction upgrades to the City of Kelowna Water System and helped bring clean drinking water to over 2000 residents while connecting key pieces of infrastructure in the City's current system. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors, playing golf or hunting.
