Now a more administrative and managerial role in contrast to the previous more operational role of a Team Lead. New responsibilities include - Representation of the team in meetings. - Assisting the project managers of involved projects, in matters that relate to the core section. - Performance Appraisal and target setting for team members - Escalation point reference for other team members - Coaching and guiding other team members

- Assign tasks to other team members on a weekly basis using Jira- Monitoring the progress of tasks and assist where needed.- Build reports using SQL and Power BI to identify trends and KPIs of certain platforms.- Project Lead of Netnumber STP/DRA/ENUM/DNS/NP migration from 7.13.5 to 7.24- Day to day operations that involve escalated third level support queries.

- Project lead in STP replacement- Involved in the implementation of IMS- Part of the team responsible for the OCS upgrade

- Part of the team responsible for the HLR replacement- Project lead of the Number Portability platform replacement - Part of the team responsible for OCS replacement- Mobile tariffs and product development on the OCS- Day to day operations on the SMS platform- Connection and routing configuration on STP (GT routing)- Day to day operations on Cisco Routers and Switches

- Server administration- Modification and creation of tariffs- Backups- Granting access rights- Use SQL queries to provide third level of support on customer queries

- Assisting customers with Internet and Television issues
