About Dr. Crystal L. Clayton

As the Senior Executive Director of the Hegi Family Career Development Center and the Hunt Leadership Scholars Program at Southern Methodist University, I have over 25 years of experience in leading and managing various initiatives and programs that foster career and leadership development for students, alumni, and employers.
