I took over the IT management at Instituto Monitor in February 2015 with the challenge of professionalizing the IT area, since then we have been working on technology renewal and service improvement, always focusing on business objectives.This responsibility is shared with a developers team (WEB and Dataflex), data analysts, support, network and, when necessary, contracts with consultants to provide services.In recent years, we have implemented more than 50 projects, including an implementation of IT service management software. Through it, it was possible to identify the main service bottlenecks and the points that caused rework in the processes. Identifying the root cause, defining action plans, achieving a 40% reduction in average per month and expanding the capacity to implement projects without increasing headcount or overhead.Through contractual renegotiations, it was possible to reduce fixed technology overhead by 35% per month, saving the company investments in new technologies.Main responsibilities:• To manage the IT operation, processes, procedures and tools with a focus on security, automation, performance, availability and Business Continuity Planning;• To implement and ensure compliance and maintenance of information security policies and IT Governance;• To manage contracts, suppliers, service levels (SLAs), projects and KPIs;
