- Took control of the project from their existing vendor, development started in early April 2022, successful launch of both platforms – MobyPay v2 and AiraPay v2, in late June 2022.- Design and define technical requirements of the platform, overseeing the technical specifications of the platform.- Manages both vendors and in-house engineering team, code reviews, resolves challenges to ensure they are on the path toward resolutions.- Work closely with business, operation and engineering team by gathering requirements, managing processes and ensure communications between teams are aligned.

On a day-to-day basis, I take on the following:• Define technical requirements to satisfy product, security and compliance requirements of the PrimeKeeper platform.• Understand the Product Specifications, evaluate its technical feasibility and translate them into technical requirements.• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper technical product documentation i.e. technical diagrams, API documentations and any other relevant technical documentation and ensure that they are correctly communicated to both internal and external parties.• Gather technical requirements and manage the technical aspects of integration projects with System Participants (Banks) and Third-Party Service Providers.• Gather, review and analyse the technical requirements of the System Participants and/or Vendors, prioritize these requirements and create technical process maps, flow charts and/or diagrams and then pass on these details to my Product team members for them to translate these technical requirements into user-based logical process flows and product specifications• Assess and address technical risks in relation to the product. Actively balance the technology risk, debt and non-functional requirements as part of the product roadmap.• Ensure that the Systems and the Company are in full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia’s regulatory requirements, PCI DSS and ISO27001 standard.• Ensure that employees are in compliance with all internal security policies and regulatory compliance requirements, such as, following computer use policies, information security and privacy and so on. Also ensure all software licenses and certificates and regulatory Certification required for the Company and the System to operate efficiently is always up-to-date.
