New Business development. I spent a full year dedicated to learning the structure of sales through a family run business. My daily tasks were to acquire new accounts through lists of cold calls, attending conferences, and mass email blasts.

Prospect and build the regional base of business Michigan/Illinois by developing mapping and zoning strategies to maximize clinical accounts. Establish and build relationships in the medical education field through clinical education and presentations to Urology, Cardiovascular, and Endocrinology staff.

Develop and condition players through pre-season tryouts. Complete strategic player formations and analyze each player for specific position rotations. Construct and implement drills and practices that focused on the fundamental building structure of each students abilities. Track the results and success of individual players and develop strategic goals and drills to improve the players abilities. Worked with the Athletic Director and Head Varsity Coach to coordinate budgets for equipment and travel for away games.Coordinate with the Head Varsity Coach to move high performing players up to the varsity level to introduce more dynamic game play. Be a strong leader and mentor available to the students seven days a week to improve their quality of life as a student athlete. Counsel students through difficult mental and physical obstacles in their soccer skills and incorporate individual practice techniques to assist them in over coming challenges.
