The blame goes to me and success goes to the team. I also believe in equity and opportunity but not if it puts the opportunity at risk.I constantly learn, refine and drive myself to be better. - I have gained the wisdom to stay calm during the occasional crises. - I focus on making efficacious decisions and am always trying to test hypotheses.- I am constantly learning, both formally and informally and recognize that playing nicely in the sandbox is usually optimal, but sometimes you have to make tough decisions.I always enjoy new connections and hearing new, respectfully challenging points of view.
