As the first Sales Engineer at the company, I set my own onboarding goals, and completed them in less than four months. Once established, I delivered domain expertise, architectural guidance, solutioning with partner technologies, and composed commerce thought leadership on 100% of commerce replatform opportunities Myplanet pursued.I designed, oversaw development, and presented a deminar using cutting-edge partner technologies. This included working in a tight feedback loop with Marketing, Partner Management, and Platform Development to ensure we prioritized the right features, showcased the right business user capabilities, and positioned the relevant technologies well.I identified and seized an opportunity to take ownership of the custom feature sizing and scoping process, including building new validation gates into the sales cycle to ensure we had the level of technical fidelity required to proceed with confidence. The thoroughness and care demonstrated by my approach has impressed prospective clients, and has improved both our close rate, time to signature, and the accuracy of our estimations.

Built, improved and maintained over 200 application servers for the natural resources ministries. Refined and extended a library of Ansible commands, halving size and reducing complexity while increasing extensibility through repeatable patterns. Represented my group on a multidisciplinary task force to envision, prototype and execute on an application modernization strategy (Kubernetes, Docker, Keycloak)
