Working under the Human Resources umbrella as the manager in charge of Recruitment and Learning & Development allows me to focus on two distinct but interdependent roles.I have the luxury of working with a spectacular group of individuals dedicated to helping London Drugs find the most competent and talented future team members. Once hired, I get to support a group of amazing trainers to help those new employees feel confident in the world of retail and assist them to achieve their future career goals.
