I worked under various PEs on a multitude of projects, including reclaimed water pump station and delivery network, cross country pipeline energy dissipation, pump station rehabilitation, cost benefit analyses for various disinfection methods at a water treatment plant.

Part time work while in school, focused primarily on construction management, including review of contractor submitted shop drawings, operation and maintenance manual (O&M), and other general documentation (field reports, RFI, change orders, etc.) required as part of a construction project. I reviewed documentation for conformance with project plans and specifications. The work also included occasional onsite construction observation and engineer representation.I reviewed and commented on shop drawings and O&Ms for many different types of equipment related to waste water and water treatment plants, including: various pumps, valves, piping, tubing, pipe supports, coverings, coatings, filters, strainers, membrane treatment systems, disinfection systems, mixers, compressors, blowers, fans, hand rail, sludge equipment, FRP tanks, and control panels, to name a few.

Worked in the part time in the IT department as an IT assistant before moving to the engineering team as an intern. My responsibilities included user support, systems management, and hardware maintenance and inventory management.
