Project included:- Full supply chain establishment (warehousing/picking centre, logistic network, quality and food safety). - Sales and administrative infrastructure (call centre, offices and training facilities).- Full forecast and budget creation for moving costs and operational trading, - Recruitment of all staff - Procurement of all equipment and software solutions (wms, order management and call centre systems). - Implementation of working procedures (order management, pest control, QFS, cleaning schedules etc).
