Clayton Clemens is the Executive Director of Project Focus, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting young people with developmental disabilities. He later served as Chief of Staff for State Rep. Jackie Toledo, where he oversaw operations, policy vetting, and local appropriation projects. Following that, he became Director of Public Affairs at Florida Internet and Television, specializing in broadband policy and communication strategies. Currently, as a Government Affairs Consultant, Clayton utilizes his expertise in legislative processes, public relations, and stakeholder management.Clayton holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s from the University of Tampa. He was recognized as a "Rising Star" in Influence Magazine's 30 Under 30 and served as the President of 21 & Change, Inc., a nonprofit supporting children with disabilities. He’s also actively involved in political advocacy Live Tampa Bay, Safe in Tampa Bay, and through the Florida Chamber's Political Institute and other organizations.Outside of work, Clayton resides in Tampa, enjoys live music, and is passionate about fitness, food, and community involvement. He lives with his fiance, brother, and their adopted black lab Charlie.
