𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 | 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 | 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.Group Product Manager specializing in solution development and project management, I lead the development of products and platforms, working with stakeholders to align backlog priorities and ensure product success.My focus is strategic, aiming to ensure that solutions are based on market and customer needs, meeting the company's KPIs and goals. I have experience in strategic planning, operations, product development, and processes.What propelled my skills as a leader was participating in more than 50 Robotics Tournaments over the past 10 years, acting as a coach, volunteer, and/or organizer. There were more than 30 awards, 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. With these results, I was given the responsibility to manage and lead a region, thereby passing my knowledge to more than 10 schools in the field of science and technology, again achieving great results such as winning new tournaments at various schools.All this was done through individual coaching, leading by example, consulting, workshops, and lectures.
