CurrentADDED–Manage corporation radio contract totaling $50,000. Responsible for maintenance and purchasing of new radios.ADDED–Oversee 11 corporation vehicle maintenance and replacement plans across three departments.Manage day-to-day transportation operations for over 1200 students, monitoring incoming pickup/drop off and overseeing safety of entire staff and student population.Create and enforce policies and procedures for the entire transportation team, comprised of 50 drivers.Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve productivity through implementation of new fleet technologies.Oversee departmental scheduling to maintain proper staffing for bus routes.Implement on-the-job training activities to cross-train employees on various tasks.Direct investigations to verify and resolve parent or administrator complaints and issues.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate transportation efficiency, safety, and driver performance, providing regular reports to senior management.Negotiate with vendors on large project purchases, exceeding $500,000 annually.Coordinate with insurance provider(s) to resolve claims and driver inquiries.Conduct quarterly DOT mandated drug screening for new and current employees.Oversee and renew three large technology contracts, providing sustained operational efficiency.
