Designing for a wide array of clients, with projects including but not limited to; Quick Service Restaurants, California based DSA school projects, Pharmacies and National Banks. We constantly add value by evaluating and setting new nationwide prototype based processes, specifications, and details that reliably beat cost, schedule, and quality goals.

• Responsible for full structural design of new custom residential homes throughout the USA (with a focus in high seismic regions), using BONE Structures' proprietary CFS building system.• Design connections for beams, columns, base plates and proprietary OCBF tension only LFRS system• Oversee entire building design, including but not limited to; Conceptual Design, Design Documents, Construction Documents, Permit Submittals, Plan Check review, Structural Reports, Construction Administration, Structural Inspections and RFIs.• Perform calculations to develop Gravity and LFRS demands, design and verify seismic capacity using our custom Steel Ordinary Concentrically Braced Frames. • Verification of adherence to local building codes according to current recognized codes in the U.S.• Collaborate with internal and external architects, the 3D modeling team and project managers to ensure successful project completion• Collaborate with internal and external architects and construction teams for research and development purposes to optimize the existing BONE Structure system

Assisting the Tesla Structural Engineering Department to develop time effective processes for installing and qualifying residential solar and battery back-up systems, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and competence. With a cohesive team of Professional Engineers and Engineers In-Training whom collaborating together; produce a safe design using uniform structural standards, while still delivering the most economically feasible solutions. Working together in solving problems, implementing solutions and providing cleaner energy for the world.Recognized as the Structural Champion of Tesla during the months of June/July 2017 for my continuous handwork and proactive problem solving attitude.

Computed a wide array of structural engineering calculations for residential projects nationwide, creating structural permitting and construction documents for hundreds of unique AHJs. This includes but is not limited to; running calculations for wood buildings and steel structures, while using several structural engineering programs such as; CSTruss, WoodWorks, Forte, RISA, CFS and EnerCalc. All the while adhering to our databases' complex requirements according to the authority having jurisdiction in that area, to streamline the permitting process and deliver uniform, quality plans, nationwide.

Created design and permitting documents for over 1,100 Photo-voltaic engineering design projects with the Residential Market in under one year of employment. I kept my production numbers high and quality above par through hard work, time management, as well as practice, research and planning; all the while assisting in multiple pilot programs for electrical equipment, new modules, unique design methods, and efficient electrical tie-in options.

Established design documents and construction plans for land development, redevelopment, public improvement plans, as well as pipeline plan and profiles for a multitude of market sectors including; civic, healthcare, office, commercial, public works, residential, schools, community colleges, universities and mixed-use communities.Used engineering design concepts such as hydromodification calculations and hydrology/hydraulic studies combined with grading design and drainage studies. Worked on the ROHS recast project to remove the use of 6 dangerous substances in all components, implemented a screening process to accelerate identifying specific parts with restricted substances that resulted in an increase in productivity. Worked alongside testing and manufacturing departments to solve conflicts that arose.

Worked 25 to 30 hours a week while in school full-time. Managed high traffic phone lines, established a strong clientele, managed companies point of income, oversaw daily finances, and assisted clients with any questions or concerns. Established efficient organizational skills in a fast paced work environment while processing over 1,000 kids a week.

Worked full time during the summer months in the shipping department, which was associated with Avid Technology. I received large orders for a variety of products and accordingly packaged them. Loaded products onto pallets and organized daily transportation with numerous companies to arrange the distribution of these large shipments. TSA Certified.

Efficiently met end of quarter goals, while maintaining shipping accuracy with a diverse set of coworkers. Regularly dealt with bills of lading, customs documentation, and regional shipping requirements, while also assisting orders worth up to $5 million. The work was physically demanding, requiring complete alertness when dealing with heavy products, tools and equipment.
