Directly responsible for the creation and implementation of the group’s production strategy with an annual output of 500 machines, establishing ISO 9000 with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility for the manufacturing company’s turnover. Responsible for construction of the production facility including specification, planning and co-ordination of the 65,000 square feet building. Directed the transfer of production technology from Japan, internally and throughout the supplier base.

Directed the manufacture of large scale, high technology CNC machining centres in a world-class environment supplying all major automotive manufacturers. Responsible for implanting from Germany the machine assembly division, implementing materials control and creating a leaner production environment. Supervised product quality and quality control management in an ISO 9000, RG 2000 and Q1 quality first environment.Responsible for the sales, marketing, product design, development, application and value analysis of Cartesian Robot System. Supervised a team of engineers, conducting sales presentations, marketing analyses, capability studies, and costing.
