I am a student at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. I am graduating in the spring of 2021 with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. I am originally from San Marcos, California, and I came out to Colorado driven to meet new people, explore a new environment, and receive a great education. I am an avid skier and water polo player. I played on Colorado Boulder’s club team for the last four years and am currently the president of the team. During the last years I have had the opportunity to intern at Marcus and Millichap as well as Reality Income. Realty Income is a publicly traded REIT and I worked in the acquisitions department preparing Investment Committee spreadsheets, demographic, and comparable research. During my internship at Marcus and Millichap, I supported the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Investments by providing tenant and property ownership research. I am very excited to graduated and move on with my career in Finance and Real Estate.
