- Managed four-person team responsible for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of $5 million portfolio of seven local governance and rural development projects (EU, ADB, UNDP)- Designed and conducted feasibility study on household energy efficiency, midterm assessments on agricultural microfinance, Afghan border reforestation, agricultural development and alternative income generation projects- Managed consultants for two external final evaluations for projects on disaster risk reduction and migration- Developed indicators, advised on logic model, and established M&E plan and tools for new projects- Trained staff in participatory capacity-building methods and project design and managed institutional learning

- Designed randomized evaluation methodology and survey tool for the TSEP Food Security Impact Assessment- Managed 16 survey enumerators and logistics to implement TSEP Food Security Impact Assessment (over 600 household surveys and 6 focus group discussions in three program regions)- Authored TSEP Food Security Impact Assessment final report with suggestions for improved impact among analyzed food security activities across three program regions- Advised on economic development projects using agricultural value chain and business approach for farmers and youth- Managed TSEP success story development by writing 12 beneficiary success stories for donor and online use and directed workshops to build national staff capacity on success story information gathering and writing
