Processed refinances for clients. Prepared 5-7 settlements per day. Set up files, scheduled settlements with clients and lenders, ordered payoffs, prepared HUD1 & HUD 1A statements, sent Deed & Deed of Trust to courthouse for recording, disbursed funds, sent loan package back to lenders. Essentially earned while learning the business. :)

Answered phones, ordered title searches, wrote title binders, ordered payoffs, scheduled settlements: refi & resale, with clients and lenders, prepared HUD1 &1A statements, sent documents for recording, prepared and returned loan packagesto lenders.
