Recruited back to organization to serve as Project Director of an interdisciplinary team leading the redesign and expansion of the Science Center of Kuwait. As the Project Director, I steered the development of novel interactive educational experiences that took into account localization and cultural considerations. - Led $10M project and directed 20 cross functional teammates in the delivery of new gallery designs, exhibit construction and installation. - Conducted design workshops to define user needs, constraints, and visitor experience outcomes. - Directed activities through project lifecycle including proposals, scope estimation, budgeting, and contractor management.- Cultivated and developed long term relationships by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.- Member of hiring committees for administrative, technical, and creative project staff to scale up operations.- Through the pandemic, I inspired the team to find creative solutions to continue prototyping and share our work with our partners remotely.

With an education and custom fabrication background, I was an ideal fit as a project manager in the exhibits department at the Exploratorium. The Exhibit Services Manager reports to the Exhibit Services Director and works with the Production Manager and other staff to ensure timely delivery of excellent quality exhibits and exhibitions. The Exhibit Services Manager is involved in and/or responsible for many aspects of both sales and rental projects. The position requires a highly organized and motivated person with excellent planning and communication talents, advanced computer skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
