In my role, I manage all aspects of growth for three business segments. Oversees a collective budget and am held responsible for achieving strategic growth and client retention targets.

Assigned to the Southeastern Region to analyze, target & develop strong relationships with potential and current clients within the correctional care environment. Engages in selected strategic markets to retain or expand current client relationships. Develops leads through various activities which include state, regional and national tradeshows, cold calls, client & vendor referrals and marketing techniques. Utilizes various Customer Relationship Management databases to track and close sales leads. Analyzes client needs to understand problems and develop solutions. Leads proposal organization, development, production and editing which culminates into a presentation to client. Interacts with client to understand financial impacts and develops and presents financial proforma’s to C-Suite leadership. Liaises with legal, operational and culinary teams and client to streamline contract development and execution. Provides coaching to client and mentor ship to operational team during account transition. Fosters good will and customer service to support to executive and technical buyers after transition.

Managed over 200+ client accounts to ensure customer service objectives, financial profitability, product support and sales & analysis during retention periods. Traveled (99%) vigorously throughout the Southeastern United States to visit and access clients and on-site employees. Supervised, mentored & coached 7 direct hires and 43 off-sites employees. Analyzed and developed solutions for over 200+ profit & loss statement accounts. Up sold products and services to improve the customer experience, retention and profitability. Provided analysis to quarterly & annual business reviews. Represented company at local, state, regional and national trade-shows. Prepared new business Proforma analysis to determine profitability and challenges. Supervised 50+ warehouse employees while maintaining and improving warehouse and product operations. Kept up to date of changing industry technologies.

Developed, from scratch, all marketing, case management and fund-raising goals. Prospected, recruited and integrated over 200+ national, regional and local community service providers to plan and develop care for Veterans. Prospected and developed fund-raising objectives while developing and implementing a detailed accounting system. Represented organization in over 100+ community outreach and trade show events. Appeared in program print and video marketing productions. Advised Goodwill Manasota’s Board of Directors regarding program goals, objectives and outcomes.

• Routinely provided case-notes, daily activity journals and testimony regarding the day to day treatment and affect of over 500+ individuals afflicted with drug abuse• Provided daily services & accommodations for 30 – 50 clients while communicating with Psychiatrists’, social case workers, and nursing staff to ensure client safety and comfort• Routinely participated in mental health/drug court to provide testimony into client daily social & mental interactions while ensuring safety of assigned clinical & judicial team

• Supervised staffs in excess of 150 personnel while reviewing over 5,000 intelligence reports and liaising with inter-agency organizations including DOS, CIA, DIA & NSA to neutralize over 200 targets worldwide• Co-Authored two Presidential Executive Orders & revised 55 organizational operating procedures• As an Organizational Contracting Officer, managed 15 contracts totaling over $100 Million dollars, in both Iraq and Afghanistan, to ensure compliance and solicitations met organizational needs and guidelines
