Once I was a retired collegiate athlete I began working in the restaraunt industry. I worked as a server at small family owned restaurants for about two years before moving into an office setting. Working in this industry helped me develop my interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence. I now work part-time for Orthotic & Prosthetic Specialists, Inc. in Covington, LA. I have worked there since 2022, andI have gained a lot of experience with administration skills. I started as a receptionist, but I also help manage the social media accounts, marketing, assist the owner, and I work in the fabrication lab when needed. This job has helped me diversify my skill set. I have gained patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. I accept criticism, and work well under pressure. I also have skills such as: communication, empathy, marketable skills, detail-oriented, and being driven to get set tasks done.
